I've been doing things today
Things that people do.
Like go to the dentist after forgetting that I had an appointment.
and reading a book
watching the same movie that i watched last night
only after watching two tv shows I watch on a weekly basis via hulu because i have no cable.
then i sat and watched a cute baby and chatted with my mother
and then realized that Prop 8 was turned over
then said it to my mom
then listened to my room mates opinion on how church and state should have been separated and how california is stupid for allowing gay marriage because marriage is a religious thing and being gay is against the religion that marriage sprouts from.
MEH! Then... AJ shut him down
Yea I have a great boyfriend.
Then... then I sat here and watched Andrew look it up online... as if I would lie about such a joyous thing!

I know the last thing you probably want is more opinions, but I think you will like mine, or at least take it for all it is- an opinion... and it kinda punches andrew in the face.
ReplyDeleteI think whether individual churches approve of the wedding or not is their own deal... but agree with the separation of church and state thing - HOWEVER marriage is now a LEGAL bind, not just a religious bind. It may have sprouted from religion, but so did many laws and such... Untie marriage from church because of separation of church and state, then suddenly anyone can marry anyone, because it's really a sort of contract between two people. There are athiest weddings.
